What do I wear

The venue features both concrete and dirt and it is recommended to wear closed toed shoes or cowboy boots to fit the rustic aesthetic. Heels will be okay as the dirt is not thick and is flat. The dress code for the wedding is rustic cocktail. Guests are not required to wear suits and fancy dresses as this is not a black tie event but may do so as they please. Cowboy boots and cowboy hats are always welcome!

Can I bring extra guests/ plus one?

Only the guests that are listed on the invitation and when you RSVP are able to attend the wedding. Please refrain from asking for additional guest to attend as Bailey and Brianna would like to keep their wedding intimate and celebrate with their closest friends and family.

Can I bring my kids?

The wedding is an adult event only.

What do I do if I cannot make it or my guest cannot make it?

If you cannot make it to our wedding, please RSVP “No” in a timely manner to allow us to plan accordingly. If YOU CAN make it and your guest cannot, there will be no additional person added to take their spot. Please make sure to mark yes for your name and mark no for their name.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There are handy cap spots directly in front of the entrance and will be reserved for those needing extra assistance. For others there is a lot above the venue and an overflow parking lot across the street. The lot is within walking distance to the venue so you will not need to be transported.

The venue is located in the beautiful Mount Baldy Mountains at about 4,500ft. Being at such a high elevation, the weather changes frequently so please plan accordingly to ensure that you are warm and dressed appropriately. Heaters will be available upon request and weather will be tracked the entire the week prior. There will also be fire pits however they are not permitted in all areas of the venue. Due to the venue being on the mountain and outdoors, you may see different wildlife such as deer, squirrels etc. If animals decide to stop by the wedding, pictures are okay, but please do not touch or try to feed them as they are wild animals.
