I wish I had some uber romantic chance encounter for how we met, but I don't! We can attribute our spark to a true 21st century meet cute: Kale followed Bailey on Instagram.

It was February of 2023, after chit-chatting for a few weeks and working around two very busy work schedules, a first date finally took place. I invited Kale to hang out in the hot tub at the house I was renting from my brother at the time. We truly spent the entire night (literally stayed up all night) talking about our families, friends, and careers.

We have since bought the house from my brother. We often joke that Kale came for a first date & never left. :)
