We're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they'll appear under your name when you RSVP. Additionally, while we sincerely love each and every one of your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults only occasion with the exception of our nephew.

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors overlooking the Austin Hill Country (weather permitting!) If it does decide to rain, we will be having the ceremony in the indoor chapel.

We want you feeling your best! Our official dress code is formal (suit and tie, long / midi dresses). No shorts or blue jeans, please. Additionally, there is grass on the outdoor lawn - so ladies, be mindful when picking out your heels!

We hope to start the ceremony on time at 5pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm to ensure you get to your seat (and get a glass of champagne) in time for the ceremony!

Yes! There will be motor coaches loading at 3:35pm for a 3:45pm departure time from both the Thompson and the Fairmont. We will also have two separate motor coaches returning from the venue to the Thompson and the Fairmont; one shuttle for each hotel at 9:30pm and one shuttle for each hotel at 11pm. Uber and Lyft are also accessible to and from the venue. Thompson Buses- Staged at the corner of San Jacinto Blvd. & 5th street on the 5th street side Fairmont Buses- Staged on Red River St., facing north, on right hand side of the street (closest to hotel)

Yes, they have plenty of parking spots available! Guest's can leave their cars overnight to have a safe trip home. All vehicles will need to be picked up by noon the next day.

6-9pm Rehearsal Dinner at Malverde Malverde is the event space upstairs in the restaurant La Condesa downtown Parking: While we highly encourage guests taking a taxi/ride share, self-parking is available for guests who choose to drive themselves. Garage parking is offered at the AMLI/Violet Crown 2nd Street District at the garage located on San Antonio between 2nd and 3rd Street for $18-$48/car as well as at the at the Austin City Hall garage that is across the street diagonally from La Condesa between Lavaca and 2nd Street for $18-$20/car. There is also plenty of metered street parking on and around 2nd street district though on weekends metered parking can be more difficult to find available. Standard Arrival: Guests who are comfortable with stairs can navigate to the La Condesa front door but will NOT enter the restaurant. When looking at the front door, they should take the blue staircase immediately on their left - we will have a sign at the bottom of the stairs directing guests up. ADA/Elevator Arrival: From the AMLI/Violet Crown garage - if guests park on the second floor, they should navigate to the side of the garage where there are movie posters hung up and lining the wall. There will be an open doorway by the pictures and then can head through the doorway, take a left and navigate to the very end of the walkway to the wooden door. We will have this propped open for your guests. From the street level/La Condesa front door - there is a large black and white sign hanging up to the right of the La Condesa front door (a little ways down)- the sign says 2nd Street District Elevator/Parking. If they enter that vestibule and take the elevator to the 2nd floor they should then look for the movie posters, head through the doorway by the posters and take a left. Walk all the way to the end of the walkway and enter through the wooden door.
