To help us plan for things such as dinner head counts and seating arrangements we kindly ask that you RSVP by December 15th, 2025

Our dress code is semi-formal — polished and put-together, but no need to go all-out if thats not your vibe. Since it’s a winter wedding weather will be on the colder side, but know the indoor spaces will be heated!

The venue has plenty of parking on site! When you arrive you will see a large lot to the left of the venue, feel free to park anywhere in this lot.

Yes! Our entire evening will take place at Olson Mansion property in Maple Valley.

Our ceremony is set for 4:00pm. We suggest you allow yourself time to comfortably arrive, find parking, and be seated in the barn by this time.

We will be making taking off at 9:00pm! We look forward to seeing you as we make our exit and head out for the rest of our night :)

We politely ask that this night be adult-only (18+) and thank you for your understanding!
