We will be serving a charcuterie board at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down "buffet" style dinner at the reception.

Please outline dietary restrictions in your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate for allergies and/or intolerances.

Wedding Registry and Gifts
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! As we embark on this next chapter of our lives, we would be honoured if you would consider contributing to our honeymoon fund. A gift card box will be available at the venue, or alternatively, please reach out to receive our account details.
Your generous gift will help us create unforgettable memories and we look forward to sharing the memories of our honeymoon with you when we return!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 2.30 pm. Keep in mind that the venue is located approx. 30-minutes from Rockhampton and Yeppoon.
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
We invite our guests to join us for a casual recovery day brunch on the day after our wedding. Guests are invited to bring swimwear and go for a paddle in the creek. Kayaks and flotation devices are available for use. Please keep in mind that all guests must depart the venue by midday on Sunday, 17 August 2025.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We have opted for an unplugged wedding ceremony and kindly request that no photo's / video's are taken throughout the ceremony and during speeches. You are welcome to capture special memories post-ceremony and during the reception (just don't post the bride and groom on social media).
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
We kindly ask that photo's / video's of the bride and groom are kept private until we release media ourselves. You are welcome to capture and post photo's of yourselves at the venue though!
Where will wedding updates be posted?
All wedding updates will be posted to the wedding website. In certain circumstances we may contact you via email and/or SMS.
