4pm - guests are invited to arrive at the beach for 3:30

The plan is for the whole day to flow, from the ceremony guests will be invited to the lower lobby for cocktail hour while the couple take pictures (keep an ear out for when you're invited to be in the pictures!) and after the cocktail hour you'll be lead upstairs for the reception.

When you RSVP there will be an option to include those, including if you're vegan/vegetarian. The venue has told us they will accomodate with no extra charge :)

David (the groom) will be hosting for approximately an hour, directly after our first duet. Sign up sheet will be available during cocktail hour! Remember to have fun and cheer each other on! There will be a fully open bar from (5:00 to 10:30). Reminder, you can park overnight at the venue and stay nearby! Don't drink and drive but please do drink :) it makes the kareoke more fun.

We're going for a formal dress code but also recognize that we're asking you to walk on the beach so please wear whatever footwear you feel safest and comfiest in. Who says you can't wear sneakers with a ballgown?
