What should I wear?

Cocktail attire is requested. Your comfort is our number one priority. Yes, we want you to dress elevated, but more importantly feel your best! We also encourage you, if you can, please avoid all-black garments! For more inspiration, see the "Attire Inspiration" page.

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour is planned for outdoors. However, if inclimate weather occurs, we have an indoor option at the venue. Dinner and reception will be held indoors, with outdoor access as desired.

Is Parking Available?

Yes, there is parking available on site with easy access to the venue.

What accessibility exists at the venue?

The Armour House is ADA accessible should you have any mobility needs. Additionally, our space will accommodate a designated sensory area with lessened stimuli and access to noise-cancelling headphones and fidgets. Should you need any other accommodations (eg. schedule for the evening, safe foods, etc.) please reach out to us!

Will alcohol be served?

Yes. There will be an open bar (with beer, wine, and spirits) for the entirety of the reception. We have no expectation that you participate in the consumption of alcohol, however, we do expect that anyone who is consuming alcohol has a designated, sober driver prepared.

What is the "Future Fund"

Your presence is our present. However, if you do want to gift us something extra special, The Future Fund consists of large financial needs that we expect as we grow our family. As Queer people, family planning can be a large expense. Should we need IVF, IUI, adoption and legal fees, etc., the Future Fund can assist in our journey. Other possibilities for the Future Fund include a college account for our future children; and a home that we hope to provide a safe and stable environment as potential foster parents. We want you to know that your gift is not only appreciated, but it can change what is possible for our family.

Can we bring our children?

As much as we love your families, we politely ask that your little ones stay home. We want our guest to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears.

Do I have a "plus one?"

We want to ensure our ceremony and celebration is shared only by our closest family and friends. Due to this and budgetary restraints, plus ones are by invitation only. All guests are included in the RSVP portal. If you search your name, any additional or "plus one" guests will populate.
