Once upon a time, two strangers met...

Or something corny like that. Our meeting was a "right place right time" kind of situation. Both of us started working at Katsu-ya of Japan within the same week, and really didn't interact much. Barty was quiet, Ella was loud, and that was all we really knew about each other for quite some time.

It wasn't until a little over a year later that we even started talking beyond the compulsory hello by the rice station. (Ella was always very excited to have those clandestine meetings) Ella learned a little bit more about this mysterious man, and even got the courage to offer to drive him home every once in awhile.

Life's road bumps had us playing a casual game of cat and mouse where we never were able to sync up to kindle the flames that eventually lead here, though she thought of him often and with burning curiosity of what our life could be like if we took the leap.

During this time, something beautiful took place for us. Our friendship really bloomed, and we discovered that beyond our obvious attraction we had so much in common. We had the same joy of life, adventure, life goals, the list goes on. Our connection deepened with time and before we knew it, we couldn't pretend to hide it anymore and began our romance.

One word to sum up us? Adventure. It never stops, always on the go and exploring new places and doing new things. Each adventure adds a new layer of joy and love to this masterpiece we are creating.

Now the newest chapter in our love story is about to begin... We can't wait to turn the page and see what else is in store for us. ❤️
