Q + A

When Is The RSVP Deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 12th, 2024. Please RSVP on our wedding website by scanning the QR code included with your formal invitation. You can respond for all guests in your party, leave us song requests and provide any dietary restrictions necessary! We look forward to celebrating with you all!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive between 3:00pm-3:15pm to be seated for a 3:30pm ceremony start time.

Can I Bring A Guest?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. As we have a strict guest list to stay with at our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation.

Can I Bring My Children?

We have decided to have an adult only wedding with a few exceptions for family members only. Unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, please leave the little ones at home and take advantage of a kid free night to celebrate with us!

Is The Wedding Outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors on a grassy meadow at Camp WeChMe. After we say "I Do," guests will walk to the Fish Hatchery Building for the reception. There is a downhill, paved walking path that is approximately a quarter of a mile. Transportation will be provided for those who are not able to walk. The Fish Hatchery provides an indoor dining area and an outdoor cocktail hour.

I'm So Bummed I Can't Make It. What Should I Do?

You will be so missed! If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

What Is The Attire?

Dressy Casual. Bright colors are encouraged! Think summer sundresses with heels or dressy sandals for the ladies & dress pants or khakis paired with a collared shirt or jacket for the men. Please no shorts or denim. Keep in mind the unpredictable weather Reno has to offer! We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, ivories & creams.

Will There Be Parking?

Yes! There are parking spots at both the Galena Fish Hatchery & Camp WeChMe, however the parking is limited. Carpooling with other guests or ride shares are encouraged!

Will Uber & Lyft Be Available?

Yes! Uber and Lyft are available to pick up in this location. Please call your rides to "Galena Creek Park" 18350 Mount Rose Hwy Reno, NV.

Am I Going To Have Fun?
