The closest airports are Rock Springs and Jackson, both are about 1.5hr away from the venue. Larger city options are Salt Lake City about 3.5hr away and Idaho Falls about 2.5hr away. There are rental car options at either location. Pinedale also has a shuttle service that offers transportation to and from the airport - check them out at https://www.gotcoshuttles.com

The wedding will be outdoors. Typically, it's sunny and warm, but being in the mountains you never know what you will get! So we recommend bringing an extra layer and checking the forecast closer to the day.

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this event as a parents only vacation!

To celebrate in true Wyoming style, the Welcome Party dress code is western formal. Think fringe, turquoise, cowboy boots, denim with a touch of glam, hats, and statement belts. It’s the perfect excuse to dust off your favorite boots or add a little sparkle to your western wear! Our dress code for the Wedding Day is summer semi-formal (e.g. long summer dresses for girls, slacks/button up or suit for guys). The event will be outdoors, so ladies consider wearing a wedge or block heel. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities. Feel free to come even earlier and grab a drink or bite to eat at the Lakeside Lodge Restaurant & Bar!

Yes — we’ve arranged shuttle service to and from the venue for guests not staying on property and needing a ride. Please let Baylee or Tyler know if you need shuttle service! Shuttle times and pickup locations will be posted here closer to the wedding; please check back for the schedule.
