Yes! We have room blocks available at Hotel Vin and the Southlake Hotel, which is just a 10 minute drive to Hotel Vin. Please visit our Travel page to book. A ton of our guests will be traveling from out of town, so we recommend booking your room ASAP!

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Hotel Vin! Everything will be indoors, so you do not need to worry about driving between events or the Texas summer heat :)

Yes, Hotel Vin offers valet parking for $39 per day and self-parking for $24 per day

This just depends on what you plan to do! If you are staying at Hotel Vin, there are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. In addition, the train can take you to and from DFW airport and downtown Fort Worth. You can also use rideshare apps such as Uber, Lyft, or Fetii (if you have a large group). So, there are plenty of ways to get around without a rental car. However, if you would like to rent a car we recommend making a reservation in advance!
