Our story begins with many years of friendship spent at homeschool and friend events. On May 7th, 2022, he asked me out during the last dance at prom. I promptly said no, I wanted to wait until we were older and we went about our night. After getting home, I realized I made a huge mistake! On May 8th, and close to 2 am, I finally got the call from him back and asked to change my mind….

May 8th was our date-iversary!

A little over three years later, we got engaged on May 31st, 2025!
