Dr. Rebecca Deville and Dr. Joshua Sloan

We met in Fort Worth, TX in 2017 when we both moved there for pharmacy school. We knew of each other because we were in the same pharmacy school class, as well lived in the same apartment complex! We'd pass each other in the complex and Becca even helped take care of Josh's dog Penny sometimes.

Halfway through our second year of pharmacy school, we changed buildings and instead of auditorium style seating, it was a room of tables that fit eight each. Becca had a group of friends that happened to be 10 people, so Becca's best friend Madi suggested that they sit with her friends (who she had known from first year from assigned group projects) Josh and Aaron. Josh and Aaron had already found their seats across the table from each other, so Becca decided to sit down next to Josh. By summer, we were talking everyday and by August 2019, we were dating! And the rest is history! 🤍
