Many of you likely already know our story, but in case you forgot…. Read below!!

Dylan was born and raised in England with his beautiful family, until Dylan was 8 years old when Mark and Abbie courageously decided to move their life to Canada. We didn’t know it then, but this would be the start of a beautiful journey to find one another. I (Becca) will forever feel the gratitude and courage for Mark and Abbie for bringing Dylan here, it has turned out to be one of my greatest blessings.

Funny thing though, they landed in Wawanesa, which meant that Dylan and Becca would live in neighbouring towns, with many of the same acquaintances, and actually attending a few of the same parties. Although, this was the case, they never crossed paths until one fateful day at a random social called Marryhappiness. Becca and Carter were reluctant to go to this social, but our friend Megan swore to us it was going to be a great time, and so on our way we went. During that time, Dylan and Amber were driving a camper van there and broke down…. Funny how things work out. Anyway, later on before the social, a large group of people were outside in field just chatting about and whatnot, but not Becca and Carter…. They were in quite a verbal brawl in the middle of the party. At this point, Becca and Dylan both recall a very significant moment, where they locked eyes across the field. It seems awkward to say, but they felt it was love at first site.

Sir Dylan wasted absolutely no time asking Becca to dance following this moment across the field, and the rest has been history. Becca would argue the “string theory” in that they would only find each other when the world was ready for their love. Because how ironic that they were so close so many times, but that one night where they both reluctantly ended up would be the start of something special?

Anyway, needless to say, like any relationship, there has been the ups and downs… the laughter, the tears, the joy, the love, and the hardships. Together they have accomplished so much, but please know we could not have done it without your love and support. Truly, everything we have accomplished together, has also been the love and support from those who surround us.

We cannot say “I do” without you, we are grateful and can’t wait to celebrate our love with you!♥️
