The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. If the weather decides not to cooperate, the ceremony will be held indoors. The reception will be indoors.

Yes, a bus will leave the Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel at 4:45pm. The bus then will depart the venue to return back to the hotel for the afterparty, between 10:45-11pm.

Yes, Penn Oaks provides valet parking. There is a large parking lot that allows you to leave your car there overnight, if needed.

While we love to watch your kids run and play, this is an adult only kind of day :)

For cocktail hour we will be serving hot passed hors d'oeuvres along with a table of cold hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will consist of a three-course meal.
