Part I - The Entanglement Adam &amp; Becca officially met through the Yellowstone Club company softball team in 2018. With her raw humor and his infectious personality, they instantly drew to each other. Sources tell us that their first date was at the Molly Brown bar in Bozeman. Some may say that he beat her playing shuffleboard, others say she was a proper lady and let him win. Part II - "We Were on a Break"* As fate would have it, after a few months the couple mutually decided that the romance needed to aerate like a fine red wine. He went on to continue his rise as a star employee at the YC, while she carried on trying to establish a career for herself. Part III - The Reunion Over a year later, they reconciled and began to test out the waters, having both done some self discovery &amp; growth. For the next year they enjoyed the typical highs and lows of relationships. Opportunity arose and Becca chased it across the States to grow her career. Adam wasn't quite ready to leave the amazing life he'd built in Montana, so the two worked hard to help the relationship survive the distance. After a year, Adam left behind a life he loved to build a future with Becca in Charlotte NC. Part IV - Entangled to Engaged Fast forward to August 2025 and the two have been together, not including the entanglement, for over 5 years. They've traveled extensively together and supported each other through each of life's hurdles and joys. In August 2025, Adam &amp; Becca took their annual birthday trip to Alaska to celebrate Adam's 40th birthday and 50th State visited. They planned to take a float plane into a remote area of the Chugach National Forest for a few days to enjoy the disconnect from society. Adam had a ring and planned to propose for a few months and knew she would in no way expect the question... For years she had been told it was never going to happen. They went grocery shopping beforehand, where she nagged him for picking out a $50 bottle of champagne for "mimosas" at the cabin. During the trip, they rowed a boat across Upper Paradise Lake... She was huffing and puffing because he wouldn't let her row (he's not generally chivalrous, so she thought he thought she'd somehow capsize the boat). He finally gave in and allowed her to row for a few minutes and as they approached a glacier, he asked her to stop so they could enjoy the view. He reached behind, pulling out the box. Internally she knew that she wasn't overanalyzing, as was typically the case, and that she understood what would follow. He said some words, of which she blacked out and cannot recall, and then he asked the infamous question. With this, she responded as any respectable lady would with "but I thought you didn't want to." Adam patiently and gracefully allowed her to reassemble all four of her brain cells to form the inevitable and obvious "YES." Part V - Come Celebrate ﻿We are happy to formally celebrate our commitment to each other with those we are closest to. How We Got Here

Our Story (Becca's Version)

The Yellowstone Club softball team was not the greatest team to ever grace the diamond, in fact there were players that could not even make contact with the ball. But among those players, love may have started to blossom. Becca was initially put out to the standard woman spot of right field, but it was soon determined her talents were needed behind the plate. And who's pitching was she needing to catch? Mine. After a season or so of games and flirtation, we matched on Tinder. It would appear neither of us were confident enough to ask the other one out without the aid of technology. It was agreed upon to have a date at the infamous Molly Brown in Bozeman. We drank cheap beer (at least I did) and played shuffleboard on the janky table. For those that know me well, you know I pulled no punches and dominated, but that doesn't mean I didn't furtively put my hand on the small of her back and encourage her good tosses. It was a fun time to begin our courting period, but I made it very apparent I was not ready for a long-term relationship. I wasn't emotionally ready to dive into a relationship at the time, and alas, that did not work, and thus this period in our history we deem the "entanglement". After the entanglement, we still had to awkwardly professionally communicate in our respective capacities at Yellowstone Club. We may have even had a season of difficult battery as pitcher and catcher on the softball team. But as time heals all wounds, we eventually became cordial once again. And then, the Rona. 2020 was an interesting year for a lot of reasons. The fog of Covid aside, we re-kindled our entanglement from six feet apart and started anew. After some time for me to become a bit more emotionally adjusted (still not all the way there yet), we became an item. On a trip to Europe, after Becca had resigned her job at YC, and had seemingly accepted another job - she got the call that she would no longer be offered that job in Bozeman and she wanted to peace the hell out of there. Having only ever truly lived in Montana (apologies to Nicaragua) she found a good job in North Carolina. Not that good of a job in retrospect, but it has helped her grow into her dream job! After months of hemming and hawing, I decided it would be a good idea to try something new and give it a shot and here I am today typing this from Charlotte, NC three years later. We now live a fun and comfortable life travelling and taking care of Norman the doggo. I would say I am the step father to her cats but really I am the father that stepped up. Becca said yes (after me not really having any intention of marriage, I decided why not, what does it really change, I know, romantic right?) on a row boat in a lake in the backcountry of Alaska underneath a glacier (that makes up for the lack of romance). Very exciting! Looking forward to having everyone under one roof and celebrating the persistence of love and companionship. XOXO,Adam

You will want to fly into Bozeman Airport, there are other regional airports if that strikes your fancy: Helena and Billings. But those are not really very close. If you plan on just flying in for a day or two and enjoying the urban aspect of Bozeman, you don't really need a vehicle - Uber and Lyft will get you to where you want to go. Or if you prefer, a Lime scooter like me. If you are wanting to explore the beautiful Gallatin Valley, Big Sky and/or Yellowstone National Park you will for sure want to have a vehicle. We will have an allotment of funds to Uber &amp; Lyft to make sure people get to/from the venue safely. This is a little drive from Bozeman, but it is location in the picturesque Paradise Valley. A nice stopover on the way to or from Yellowstone.

The best public golf course in Bozeman. Hole 11 is a special favorite where ya boy has his only hole in one.

Do we have a wedding party? We know it's not traditional but we aren't going to have a wedding party. It felt like picking our MySpace Top 8. We carefully picked our guest list and value each of you and your presence. Are kids invited? We cannot express how much we love little ones and recognize that we are at the age where everyone has lots of them. However, we want parents to be able to enjoy themselves fully at the ceremony &amp; reception. For that reason, we have decided to have a kid-free wedding, with the exception of babes-in-arm. Kids are more than welcome to attend other events throughout the weekend, in fact, we want them to! We hope you understand and can still make it. Is a RSVP required for activities not on the day of the wedding? No! The more the merrier, but if you are able to make it and bringing someone to the non-wedding activities, let us know so we have an idea of making proper reservations Will there be transportation available to/from the venue? Yes! We will have codes for Uber/Lyft so whether you don't see well at night, drink like a camel, or just don't want to drive, you'll be covered. We will post these right before the wedding on this website, as well as have signage available at the wedding. I have dietary restrictions and/or do not drink alcohol, will there be options for me? Yes! We will accommodate everyone as best we can, so please reach out to us when you RSVP to let us know so we can accommodate accordingly. Some of our guests live a sober lifestyle, so we plan to offer plenty of NA options, including mocktails, and making sure our staff separates food or drink preparation based on needs. What's the dress code? For any event outside of the wedding, whatever you want. For wedding day, basically the same. Only exceptions to dress code are weird graphic T's or sweatpants. Otherwise, just be you and be comfortable, we surely will be. Is there anything else we should know? Becca is OBSESSED with pickles. She would like to have a full table dedicated to pickles/pickled items. If you feel so inclined, we ask that attendees buy or provide a homemade pickled item of their choosing for everyone to snack on. She understands it's weird...
