Your passport must be valid 6 months from your return date. Every guest must have a valid passport, they will be required at both the airport and the resort. If you do not have a passport, click HERE for instructions to either renew or apply. We recommend getting your passport ASAP to avoid any issues. Passport cards are not valid for flying to Mexico.

Your reservation includes transportation to and from the Cancun (CUN) Airport. Once your flight is confirmed, please send over your hotel reservation number as well as flight details to xxxxxxxx to schedule your ride from CUN airport to the resort.

Do not stop or accept any offers of transportation when you get to the airport. Head directly to your designated area as instructed in your transfer confirmation email.

You may book your flight with any airline of your choice! Please make sure you fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flights

Please make sure that the card you put on file will not expire 30 days before the wedding. If you lose or cancel your card, please update your reservation ASAP. If the card is charged and it does not work, you will lose your room and our special rate. We highly recommend contacting your bank to let them know you are expecting charges from Mexico to avoid your card declining.
