Matt and Becca met in the summer of 2021. Matt had recently retired from playing hockey and was starting a new job as an NHL scout. Becca was working as a project manager for a pharmaceutical company. After work, they would both visit the dog park, which is where they first met. Matt would bring his dog Tiger and Becca would bring her dog Finley. They would cross paths almost every day at the dog park, where they would talk and slowly get to learn more about each other. One day when they were leaving the park, Matt asked Becca to go to dinner.

Today, Matt and Becca live together just outside of Boston with their dogs, who they are forever thankful to for introducing them. They love spending time with the pups, playing board games, going to concerts and cooking together (when Matt lets Becca in the kitchen). They are excited to travel together this year and make more memories.

They can't wait to celebrate their wedding day with all of their family and friends!
