Yes! Ceremony, Cocktail hours, and Reception will all be at the Pear Tree Estate. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but please plan accordingly if you need to designate a driver.

Nope! The ceremony and reception are both indoors. We will be having a cocktail hour with the option to be outside on the patio, so dress accordingly if you plan to attend the cocktail hour.

All guests are invited to a cocktail hour at 5 PM, and the reception will begin at 6:00 PM.

Yes! The bar will be open during a cocktail hour prior to the reception, and will stay open until the end of the reception.

Yes!! We have arranged for a shuttle service that will shuttle from The Hyatt Place to The Pear Tree Estate. Shuttle services will start about 1 hour prior to the ceremony and will resume from 9P-12A, after the reception.

Unfortunately, the chapel where we will be married has limited seating. Therefore, some guests have been invited to the cocktail hour and reception only. If your invitation says 5 PM for a start time, that means you have been invited to the cocktail hour & reception - we will see you after the ceremony!
