Our Story

photo

We met working together in the winter of 2016 and quickly grew a friendship surrounding food, music, and a growing passion for each other. That following Valentine’s Day, we exchanged “I love you’s” while on a mountain hot spring getaway and started our official relationship. After moving in together we adopted Chalooby and our family became complete.

Six years later after countless concerts, adventures, and honing our love, Bennett proposed while on an anniversary trip on the western slope among the pines.

Now, we wish to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family and join in holy macaroni.

Q + A

Where are you getting married?

Mountainside at the beautiful and historic Glen Isle Resort in Bailey, CO. Upon arrival, follow signs to the point (b&b wedding signs) and be up there before 4 pm.

What should I wear?

No heels!!! Fall earth tones- burnt sienna, rust, terracotta, sage, forest green, mustard yellow, and blush. Please wear comfortable shoes! Attire shouldn't be too formal, just nice for a formal mountain day. You will sink into the ground. Hiking boots, cowboy boots or sneakers are best!

What’s for dinner?

Charcuterie: cured meat, cheese, fruit, pickled veg and olives garden salad choice of smoked pork or chicken breast in a maple black pepper sauce with a side of bacon green beans roasted ranch potato house butter rolls dessert: choice of mini coconut blueberry panna cotta chocolate mousse key lime bites

Do you have a registry?

We do have an optional registry! We are beyond grateful that you are spending the time to celebrate with us. Donations to our honeymoon fund, cards, and small gifts are all welcome, but not required!

How do I book a cabin at Glen Isle?

Contact Mary Ruth and ask about Becca & Bennett’s wedding at (720) 676-9868

Where is Glen Isle Resort?

573 Old Stagecoach Road Bailey, CO 80421

Should I bring anything?

Please feel free to bring your favorite game! Board game, yard game, party game. Whatever you want to play and think others would too! Camping chairs and anything you need to be comfortable outdoors. Groceries for your cabin! BYOB if you want to drink or bring something for the wedding party. We will provide some sodas and mixers We cannot predict the weather, especially in Colorado. You can plan for dirt ground outside (the bride is wearing sneakers), everything being moved indoors if it rains, hot and cold weather. Everything will be perfect and we will have the ceremony and reception outdoors! Everyone will have a little blanket souvenir if you need to sit on something or wrap it around your shoulders :) This wedding is BYOB! We will not be providing alcohol, but feel free to bring your own! We will have mixers, and everyone gets a little tin mug for hot/cold drinks, water, or alcohol that you brought to enjoy.

Can I still book a cabin after January 1, 2025?

Yes you can! However, that date was the cutoff for booking under the block for B+B wedding. To book, you will have to contact Glen Isle and check their availability.

What time if check out Tuesday morning?

If you are having a late start, just pack up and head over to the Glenview or Evergreen cabin to hang out. This is so the staff can begin cleaning other cabins while we gather ourselves. If you're up and ready to go, check out is 10 am. Please leave your cabin by 10 am to head over to the big cabins if you want to hang a bit longer!

Will there be food provided for Saturday and Sunday?

There are a few of nearby grocery stores, and it would be very helpful if everyone can buy some food for themselves for these couple days. Food will be provided day of the wedding. R

If I am getting my makeup done, who do I pay?

If you signed up with have your makeup done by Dezyre it will be $90/person. This will be paid to my mama (Jill Turin) via venmo or cash if you have it. @Jill-Turin
