Are There Hotels Close By?
Yes! If you head over to the "Travel" section on our website, you can see the hotels closest to our venue. They are all about 20 minutes from the venue, and are all in very close proximity to each other.
Is There A Shuttle Service?
Yes! There will be a Shuttle to and from the venue. You can check the "Travel" tab on our website for information on when the Shuttle is leaving the Tru by Hilton Windermere hotel, to take guests to the venue, and when the Shuttle is leaving the Blue Meadows Venue to take guests back to the hotel in the evening.
What If I Have Serious Dietary Restrictions?
We will send out the menu for our event (closer to the date) and you can then see what food items will work for you and what won't. If nothing will, please message us and we will do our best to have something that works for you included!
Do I Need Cash For The Bar?
We're so excited to party with everyone! You will need cash for the bar, as it will be a Toonie Bar. Please bring cash, as there is no ATM on site. (Bring your party pants too, we're going to have beer pong, flip cup etc going!)
Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! The Ceremony and Reception are located at the same venue: Blue Meadows Hall at 4 Kuch Crt, Spruce Grove AB. No need to travel in-between! We will have cocktails, and lawn games going between the Ceremony and Reception - woohoo! *Please give yourself some extra time to find the venue, as it is in an area that may be unfamiliar to you!*
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! You can drive right to the venue and park there if you prefer.
Are children invited?
Unfortunately, due to maximum occupancy, (but how exciting that we get to have so many people we love with us!) we are unable to accommodate everyone's children. However, we will be including immediate family’s children, to have them as a part of our special day. For further clarification - Those children were added to the corresponding family members rsvps!
Is there a dress code?
The bridal party will be dressed up, but we want our guests to come in whatever feels comfortable to them. The venue and the atmosphere are informal - dress up, dress down, we're just happy to have you all there with us. We mean it!
