Alex and Becky matched on Bumble in the fall of 2021. They went on their first date at Copper Hop Brewing in St. Clair Shores, MI and hit it off instantly. With Becky starting grad school and Alex in the peak of fall wedding season, they made as much time for each other as possible.

With the holidays right around the corner, Alex and Becky met each other's families shortly after the beginning of their relationship. Alex attended the Ohio State game at the Big House with Becky's family and witnessed their first win at home in quite some time; while Becky attended Alex's grandmother's birthday party where she got to meet some of her future in-laws. Their first Christmas together was spent quarantining with COVID which is when they both knew they were certain about a future together.

Alex and Becky enjoyed the next few months together attending Michigan sporting events, many meals with each other's families, birthday celebrations, and their first trip together to Gatlinburg, TN. Little did Becky know that during their trip planned up north that July, Alex was planning to propose. He popped the question on the rooftop of The Hotel Earl in Charlevoix, MI. Alex also surprised Becky with inviting their families and close friends up north to join in the celebration!

Alex and Becky are enjoying their engaged life together with their dog, Maxwell! They are anxiously awaiting their big day and are looking forward to forever together!
