Although we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only ceremony and reception. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal, black tie optional (suit, tie, and dresses); semi-formal (suit, tie, and cocktail dresses); cocktail attire (suits, and party dresses). Prohibited are jeans or denims, shirts without collar or sleeves, and shorts.
Is there transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?
A shuttle service will be provided from the SpringHill Suites (Pittsburgh Mills) to the venue. Guests who indicated they are utilizing the shuttle on their RSVP should expect the shuttle to be out front of the hotel for a 3:45 pm departure. There will only be one trip to the venue, so please be sure to be prompt.
A shuttle will be available towards the end of the night to make several trips back to the hotel. The return service will begin at 9:45 pm and will make continuous trips until 11:15 pm. Round trip takes about 30 minutes, therefore, estimated pick up times are as follows: 9:45 pm, 10:15 pm, 10:45 pm, 11:15 pm.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a block of rooms at the SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Mills. Use group code 'WBW' when booking. Group rate is available up to one month prior to event.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Valet and self-parking will be available to all guests arriving at Oakmont Country Club.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, our wedding ceremony will be outside on the lawn and our reception will be located in the ballroom indoors. In the event of rainy weather, we will move the ceremony to the covered patio.
Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
We have 2 experienced photographers capturing our day so we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding!
Will there be an open bar?
Heck yes.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm.
