Our Story

We met in the summer of 2024 on our very first day of orientation training at Educare. Somewhere between introductions and first-day nerves, something unexpected happened—we were instantly drawn to one another. By the end of the day, phone numbers were exchanged, and what began as a simple connection quickly turned into something special. A friendship blossomed between two very different people. From the start, we built something rooted in authenticity, honesty, and genuine connection. We laughed easily, talked openly, and felt safe being our truest selves with one another—no judgment, no pretending, just us. A few months in, feelings quietly surfaced. One brave confession was met with a quick (and slightly heartbreaking) no—but what neither of us knew at the time was that the feelings were mutual. Nerves got the best of Isaiah, and timing had its own plan.So we kept choosing friendship. Month after month, our bond only grew stronger. Then, in December of 2024, everything changed. Isaiah finally shared his heart, and in that moment, it all made sense. The timing was finally right—and the rest is history. We never imagined that a chance meeting at orientation would lead us here. Yet here we are, endlessly grateful for the love, patience, and friendship that brought us together—and so excited to begin this next chapter side by side.
