Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception venue is covered however, sliding doors to the building will be open. Please dress appropriately for the weather and anticipate being outside.

Is there a dress code?

Semi- formal attire.

How do I RSVP?

Instructions to RSVP via the knot are available.

Can I bring my kids?

We've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.

Can I bring a guest?

Your invitation will specifically address the names of all individuals who are invited within your party. When you RSVP, you will also see the specific names who you may attend with. Due to the number of guests we are allowed to invite, please do not bring additional people with you if they were not included on your invitation.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the reception site. All guests will arrive at the reception site (via car or shuttle) and take a tractor ride out to the ceremony site on the property.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

See shuttle pick up times. If you are planning to drive yourself, please arrive to the venue no later than 3:30pm to catch the tractor/wagon ride out to the ceremony site. The venue will shut the gate to the entrance at 4:00pm and will not open it back up until after the ceremony ends. If you arrive after 4:00pm, you may walk into the venue or wait until after the ceremony to drive in.

What time will the shuttle come to pick up guests from the hotel?

3:30pm at both hotels. Please note: check-in time at both hotels is at 3:00pm.

What time will the shuttle come to pick up guests at Burlap and Bells at the end of the night?

On-going rides - last shuttle at 12:00 pm.

What will be served for dinner?

- Charcuterie appetizers - Caesar salad - Summer chicken - mozzarella, roasted red pepper, & fresh basil - Beef tips and gravy - slow-cooked with mushrooms, onions and red wine over mashed potatoes - Au gratin cheesy potatoes - Steamed garlic lemon pepper green beans
