WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony will be on site and both will take place at The Bowery Barn at N2201 County Road P Rubicon, WI 53078.
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Please RSVP no later than July 23, 2025. If you have not sent your RSVP by this date, we will regretfully not be able to celebrate with you.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes - There is a small parking lot at the venue and you can leave your car there overnight. All vehicles must be removed no later than 10:00 am the day following the event.
WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE TO THE CEREMONY?
Yes - The shuttle will pick up from AmericInn by Wyndham - Hartford (2:00 & 3:00 pm) AND Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Hartford (2:15 & 3:15 pm). Being a max of 50 riders per trip, please take the earlier shuttle if possible so there is plenty of room!
WHAT TIME WILL SHUTTLES BE LEAVING THE WEDDING?
After the reception, the shuttle will be leaving at 9:30 pm, 10:15 pm and 11:00 pm.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!
