Accommodations 

To book your stay at the discounted rate, you may email, call, or visit the website. Be sure to mention the Ruggeri &amp; Labuski Wedding if booking by phone or email. These rooms are available to book until May 5th, 2026, but we kindly encourage you to book as soon as possible. We're only able to add more rooms to the block once the initial 20 are filled --- so if you know you're coming, go ahead and grab your room early to help us secure extra space for everyone.

For those flying, the closest airport to the wedding is Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport Distance from:Crowne Plaza Hotel block: 3 miles (5-10 minute drive)Harbor Lights Venue: 6 miles (15-minute drive)

FERRY

For guests traveling from Long Island, the Cross Sound Ferry and the Bridgeport-Port Jefferson Ferry are convenient options to reduce travel time. Distance from hotel:New London terminal: 48 miles (50 minute drive)Bridgeport terminal: 112 miles (2 hour drive)

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Crowne Plaza. Two shuttles will depart for the ceremony at 4:00 PM and 4:20 PM. Return shuttles to the hotel will be available following the reception at 10:30 PM. Please arrive promptly for departure times.

Wedding Ceremony

Shuttle services will be provided from the Crowne Plaza Hotel to the venue. Shuttles will arrive at 4:00 pm and 4:20 pm, so please be timely.

Cocktail Hour

Join us for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and great company as we kick off the celebration!

The celebration continues at the reception with dinner, dancing, and plenty of fun. At the end of the evening, a shuttle will be available at 10:30 PM to bring guests back to the hotel.
