This is a black tie optional, semi formal wedding. Ladies please wear long dresses, long skirts, Men please wear slacks and a nice jacket or button down shirt. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to the Bride or Groom.
Will there be children?
Please kindly note that we appreciate your understanding that we are only able to accommodate invited guests. We kindly request that children only attend if they have been specifically invited by the bride/groom personally. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I bring a plus one?
The guest list and plus ones are being coordinated by Bella and Logan. Kindly reach out to them directly for confirmation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you
Is there parking at the venue?
We ask that the parking lot attached to the venue be reserved for those who are handicapped, and/or need more assistance as well as for the bridal and groomsmen parties. All other guests, there is a parking garage for free across the street and all parking on the street is free as well. Thank you for your understanding.
Will the wedding/reception be indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors however the venue itself will be open to lounge in with air conditioning.
Are you reserving hotels for guests?
No we are not however there are quite a few good hotels around the venue that are linked on this website.
Will there be a shuttle for transport to the venue?
No, we kindly ask that everyone drive or carpool.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We will have a BBQ buffet style with many different options. If you have dietary restrictions please let the bride/groom know asap.
Will there be an open bar/alcohol?
Please note that our wedding will be an alcohol-free event. We kindly ask that guests do not bring any alcoholic beverages. Thank you for helping us create a joyous and respectful atmosphere as we celebrate our union
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be very welcome.
What time does the reception end?
Our send off will be at 10 pm & that will conclude the festivities.
Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding ceremony?
We are excited to share our special day with you and ask that you be fully present during the ceremony and reception. In order to maintain an intimate and personal atmosphere, we kindly request no photos or videos be taken outside of the photographer & videographer. Thank you for your understanding.
