Our Wedding

It all started when Hunter and I swiped right on each other in Bumble. A couple of nights later, on Halloween night 2018, I asked Hunter to come pick me up at the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority house at OU. He happily obliged. I was dressed as a Cowgirl and he was dressed as a Cowboy for Halloween (definitely a sign that we were meant to be). In the truck was Hunter and his best friend Elliott. We went to a house party close to campus where all Hunter and I did was sit on the couch and talk to each other. To round out the night, Hunter, Elliott and I went to the local Whataburger and talked for hours. The next night was Hunter and I's first date at the movies to see Bohemian Rhapsody. Fast forward a couple months of just casual talking, we started to hang out and spend more and more time with each other. On July 16th, while at his parents house, Hunter sent his new German Shepard puppy to the guest bedroom with a sticky note saying "will you be my girlfriend?". I said yes! We spent that night to celebrate getting dinner at Empire Slice House, ice cream at Capitals &amp; mini golf at Brickopolis. The next 6 years have been full of going to or watching OU football with each other, watching movies &amp; tv with each other, going out on the town, visiting the OKC Zoo, going on vacations with each other, going hunting, celebrating holidays with each others families &amp; supporting each other through completing school. The day after Hunter graduated from Law School, he proposed to me on his grandmother's back porch. It was the most magical &amp; beautiful proposal ever and I can't wait to marry him and spend the special day with friends and family. Here is to forever!

What is the Dress Code?

Black-Tie Optional. Men are encouraged to wear tuxedos or suits with jacket and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear full length dresses. Cocktail dresses for those under 18 is appropriate.Please no jeans.

Are children allowed to attend?

Although we love your children, we kindly request no guest under the age of 15.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unless specified on the invitation and website, please no plus ones.

Where do I RSVP?

In order to keep our guest list organized, please RSVP on our website.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP by April 16th. Online RSVPs will be available once the invitations are sent out.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

No, we will not be providing a shuttle. Ample free parking is available at the church or the venue for those that want to drive or carpool.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

The wedding ceremony is in an air-conditioned church. Cocktail hour will be held outside. Please be mindful of the Texas heat! The reception is inside with the option to go outside to enjoy the bar and catch some fresh air.
