Day guests, please arrive from 11:30 ready for our ceremony at 12:00. Evening guests, please arrive any time from 18:00.
Whats the dress code?
The vibe we are going for is semi-formal Summer Garden Party. We would request that everyone dress semi-formal, meaning suit trousers, shirt and tie for the gentlemen and smart dresses for the ladies. Feel free to embrace those floral patterns and pastel colours.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, we are planning for the ceremony to be outdoors. The wedding breakfast and reception will take place inside.
Where should guests park?
Free parking is available on site. Please be aware that the parking is on the opposite side of the road to the venue, there will be signs directing you where to park. If you choose to drive and leave your cars overnight that is no problem. Just please come by to collect the following day. (Sunday 9th June)
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitations.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We are planning to have a unplugged ceremony, therefore we ask you to join us in being fully present by putting away all your electronic devises. We want to see the faces of everyone we love so please turn off phones and cameras until after the ceremony. Then we encourage you to take lots of pictures and cant wait to see your posts on social media. We only ask that you wait until we do our official post as a married couple. And we would love it if you could tag us in you posts so we can keep track of all your pictures!
Is there a Bar?
The venue's bar will be open for the full duration of the evening reception with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They do take card but as the venue is a bit out in the sticks, I would recommend bringing some cash just incase.
Will food be provided in the evening?
We will be providing a selection of stone baked pizzas from 19:45, buffet style for all guests in the evening.
Travel to and from the venue
If you are not planning on driving, we would strongly advise that you pre-book a taxi to and from the venue in advance. Ubers may be unreliable due to the location of the venue. Obviously, if you are planning to camp on site you can leave your cars in the car park overnight.
I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
Hopefully this Q&As answers some of the questions you may have, if there is anything you are unsure of or need more clarification, please feel free to reach out directly.
