1. Can I bring a date/friend/family member?

No. This is an invite ONLY wedding. Please refrain from bringing anyone who has not been confirmed or formally invited by the couple.

2. Is there a dress code?

The dress code is black-tie. Appropriate attire for MEN includes: tuxedos -formal dinner suits , bow ties or neck ties. For WOMEN includes: evening gowns, formal suits  and shoes, no sneakers.

3. Are kids welcome? 

Only if included on the invitation.

4. Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! However, please refrain from taking photos/videos during the CEREMONY.

5. If I have an overnight stay at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn, will I have a ride to and from the wedding ceremony?

Yes. A complimentary round trip shuttle service will be provided for all guests staying at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn. Check the “Travel” tab for more information and additional lodging suggestions.

6. What are the shuttle pick up and drop off times?

7. If I do not have a reservations at the hotel (Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn) can I still ride the shuttle?

No. The shuttle is for guests who have reservations at this hotel only

8. Is the ceremony indoor/outdoor?

Indoor

9. Is there valet parking?

No, but there is street parking, as well as a parking lot in which a designated shuttle for the venue will be provided for transport.

10. What time should I arrive?

No later than 3:30pm

11. Will there be food options to accommodate my dietary needs?

 Yes. There will be a variety of dietary options: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free. Dinner will feature buffet stations. If you have allergies, please inform catering staff.

12. Will there be alcohol?

Yes. Open bar will be provided throughout the event. Bartenders can accept cash tips.

13. Can I make a last minute reservation at a hotel (Best Western or Fairfield Executive Inn)? 

Yes! Please see the travel tab for suggestions.

14. Will the hotel (Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn) provide breakfast?

Yes, as long as you have a room reservation at the Fairfield Executive Inn, complimentary breakfast will be provided.
