After transferring to NDSU for pharmacy school, I was looking for a good way to make some friends. So, I joined Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. One social, I got to meet a man I had only heard stories about: THE Ben Ferguson. A little while later, he reached out in the most millennial way ever (facebook messenger) and later asked me out for drinks. We met at Franks Lounge and talked about pharmacy, sports, family, traveling and more. The conversation flowed easily, and before long, we were talking every day. A few weeks later, he asked me to meet him at a wedding he was in (shout out to Kyle and RaeLyn Knutson) where we took this photo. From there, “like” grew to love, and I knew I’d found my person. Someone to laugh with, cry with, and grow old with. People like Ben don’t come around very often, and I’m so grateful he moved back from Colorado just in time to meet ME ♥️
