The Night Before

Ceremony 

The ceremony will be held Friday, May 22, 2026, from 3:00–3:30 PM at the Kidston Pavilion in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Youngstown, OH. Guests may be seated beginning at 2:30 PM. The ceremony will take place outdoors, please dress for the weather and consider a light layer or sun protection as needed.

Transportation

We’ve arranged for a shuttle to run between the DoubleTree hotel and the reception venue. Shuttle runs from the hotel to the reception between 4:00–5:00 PM. Return service runs from the reception back to the hotel from 9:30–11:30 PM. There is ample parking at the reception venue if you prefer to drive, and guests may leave cars parked overnight at the reception site if needed.

The cocktail hour and reception will be held at Westside Bowl in Youngstown. Cocktail hour begins at 4:00 PM and runs until 6:00 PM, followed by the reception. A limited open bar will be available during both the cocktail hour and reception, with a full paid bar open for guests throughout the evening. Guests can expect appetizers and live jazz performances during the event. Open bowling lanes will also be available at this time for all guests to enjoy.

Reception

Seating is open throughout the facility; guests may sit anywhere not reserved for the bridal party or immediate family. Please be seated by 6:00 PM. Dinner will be served buffet-style. After dinner and speeches, we invite you to stay for an evening of bowling, dancing, and live music.

The Day Of

Farewell Brunch

Join us the morning after the wedding for a farewell brunch at the DoubleTree Downtown, in the Windows on the Square room. Brunch will be served from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM on May 23, 2026. All guests are welcome to attend, including those not staying at the hotel—please stop by to say goodbye, grab a bite, and share one last toast before everyone heads home.
