Our wedding will take place on Sunday, August 30th, 2026, at Standing Rock Farms’ Flower Farm (7394 Ross Rd, Madison, OH 44057)

Doors open at 3:00 PM and will close at 3:25 PM. Please plan to arrive early for the best seating.

The wedding party will enter the reception at around 5:15-20pm. This will go into dinner beginning around 5:30pm. The last dance of the evening will be around 9:30-10pm.

Yes. The ceremony will be held in the Ceremony Barn, and afterward will walk to the the Flower Farm for Mocktail hour.

Please check the dress code section of the website for inspiration. I understand there is a discrepancy, please follow what the Dess Code section says, not the RSVP.

The event is primarily indoors. Both the ceremony and reception will take place inside. Some optional activities may be outdoors, but all seating will be located indoors.

Yes. When you arrive, an attendant at the entrance will direct you to parking. While there is no golf cart service, guests may be dropped off at the front entrance. Please note that the driveway is gravel.

Transportation will not be provided. Please arrange your own travel and plan to arrive on time.

Yes — our ceremony will be unplugged. Our officiant will invite everyone to put away phones and cameras so you can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry — there will be a designated time afterward when you’ll be welcomed to take photos!

There are several hotels in the Madison and Geneva areas for guests to choose from.

Yes! We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites 181 Water Tower Dr, Madison, OH 44057 If you choose to use the rooms, the hold is available until July 30th. The fee is $189+ tax. There will not be a shuttle.

Please head to 7394 Ross Road, Madison, OH 44057 for accurate navigation to the venue. The venue is easily accessible from I-90. Take I-90 East toward Erie. Take Exit 212 (SR-528) Go South on SR-528 (South Madison Road) Turn onto Ledge Road Turn left on to Ross rd Locate the “Standing Rock Farms South” signage at the street. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND INPUTTING THIS IN A MAP APP LIKE APPLE MAPS OR GOOGLE MAPS)

No there will not be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. There will be plenty of parking.

No, we are planning on having a buffet style to accommodate different tastes. If you have a dietary restriction please specify in your RSVP.

We will have LaVera Catering serving a delicious meal for all guests!
