Ben and Skyler met in Los Angeles in May, 2022 after months of Ben's sister, who is also Skyler's best friend, insisted on them meeting. She had a hunch they'd be perfect for each other and from the moment they met, the sparks were undeniable. They immediately bonded over a shared sense of humor, mutual passions, and easy conversation. But as fate would have it, the timing wasn't quite right.

Fast forward to early 2023, Skyler had recently ended a relationship and told her best friend to invite her the next time she hung out with her brother. Unfortunately, Ben was moving to Washington that April, so they had limited time to see each other before the move.

Skyler and Ben hung out a few times and it quickly became clear they their connection that was something special - effortless, natural, and full of chemistry. Skyler casually met Ben's parents while they were visiting, and behind the scenes, the whole family was already been whispering about how great they'd be together. At Ben's farewell party, they finally admitted their feelings for each other and agreed to keep in touch after the move.

Over the next few months, they spent hours on the phone and FaceTime nearly every day. It didn't take long for both of them to realize that this was something rare - something worth holding onto. They visited each other often, never going more than two weeks without reuniting in either LA or WA. After months of long-distance love (and many cross-state flights), they decided to take the leap and move in together.

Now they live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with their dog and two cats, one big, happy family.
