The lake has many fun things to do. Head over to church street for great dinner options and end up by the water for a beautiful sunset overlooking the Adirondack mountains in NY.
Consider biking or walking the Causeway path in Colchester. It's a 2 mile path that leads out into the lake. You can take a short ferry to the South Hero island at the end. The winery on the island can be a fun biking destination!

It's a scenic drive and the course has amazing views. It is $10 for a day pass. Make sure to call ahead or go online to book a tee time.
We recommend playing Fox Run for the views, but both courses are fun. Just a heads up it's challenging!

This is a great option for everyone! It's a beautiful cool drive out to the brewery and a great way to see Smugglers notch and Stowe. Make sure to drive through the notch as that's a really unique area to see! The hotel/restaurant at the top of the hill and the bierhall (lower) are owned by the Von Trapp family. (The family "The Sound of Music" movie was based on.
