What time should I arrive?
Please arrive to the ceremony by 1:15pm.
Can I take photos at the ceremony?
We are so excited that you'll be joining us, and we want you to be fully present for our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment, and we'll make sure to share all our photos with you! With this in mind, we ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos for a couple hours before cocktail hour begins. We recommend guests view our "Things to Do" page for recommendations of fun things to do in Kansas City.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both will be located indoors.
Where are cocktail hour and the reception taking place?
Cocktail hour will be in the Kill Devil Club and the reception will be in the Gallery Event Space. They are located in the same building on the 2nd floor.
Where should I park for cocktail hour and the reception?
There is valet parking available for ~$20 at The Gallery Event Space. Please note this price may change if there is an event taking place in downtown Kansas City. Guests may also park in the Cosentinos garage (1226 Main St, Kansas City, MO 64105) or the KC Live! garage (151 E 13th St, Kansas City, MO 64106) and bring their ticket to one of our bartenders for validation. There is also parking available at the H&R Block Garage (1344 Walnut St, Kansas City, MO 64105) that is $3 with validation from one of our bartenders. The venue is also a short walk from the Hilton President and Loews Hotel.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The reception space is located on the 2nd floor and an elevator is available.
Can I request a song to play at the reception?
Yes! Please see our "Song Requests" tab for the link. You'll need to enter the date of our wedding and the password provided on that tab. Song requests will close a few days prior to the wedding.
Will you have a grand exit?
Yes! Please stay until the end to participate in our grand exit!
Is there anything to do after the reception?
Yes! Please see one of our bartenders during the last hour of our reception for a VIP wristband to the Power & Light District! This will include free cover at all P&L bars!
