Our Wedding

We first met in Australia while studying abroad in July of&nbsp;2010. We shared a love of travel, new adventures and of course good food.&nbsp;After a short time&nbsp;we both knew it was meant to be, and in September of 2019 we're going to make it official! We hope everyone can join us and celebrate this special day!

How We Met

We both love the ocean&nbsp;whether it be swimming, fishing (well one us), kayaking or just relaxing with a cold beer and listening to the waves and we are very excited to get married on an island surrounded by beautiful beaches. We hope everyone has a chance to explore the island and see how special it is.

Bicycles and Walking

Martha's vineyard is a very bike friendly&nbsp;with designated bicycle paths throughout the island as well as many bike rental shops. Each of the three major towns is easy to navigate on foot, however it is often best&nbsp;to take another form of transportation between the towns.&nbsp;

This is the most popular ferry to Martha's Vineyard and it&nbsp;leaves from Woods Hole, MA. If you are interested in taking your car please book several months in advanced to make sure you can get the ferry times that you want.&nbsp;

Steamship Authority

This is the hotel where the wedding will be taking place. If you choose to stay here please tell them you are attending the Trifiletti Strake wedding for a discounted rate.

Peter Pan offers direct bus service from New York, Logan Airport, Boston's South Station and Providence to the&nbsp;Woods Hole dock&nbsp;where you can board the steam ship authority ferry.

This hotel is about a mile from the wedding. It is easily accessible by foot,&nbsp;bus, taxi, and uber/lyft. Please call the hotel and tell them you are booking with the Strake/Trifiletti wedding for a reduced room rate.&nbsp;

Clarion Inn Marthas Vineyard

This is a passenger only ferry that leaves from North Kingston Rhode Island. This ferry offers a shuttle from the Providence airport, please see website for more details. Please note this ferry runs Thursday to Monday.
