What to wear?
The wedding ceremony will be taking place in a Traditional Catholic Church. To show reverence for Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament we respectfully request that all guests comply with the parameters of a Traditional Catholic Dress code as described below.
Men: a suit or a sports jacket, slacks, a button-up shirt with a tie or bow tie, and closed toe dress shoes.
Women: A Dress or skirt that falls below the knee, the shoulders and upper arms should be covered, with no low-cut neck or back line. Additionally we ask that you wear a head covering.

When should I arrive for the ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to find parking and your seat.
When and how do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by August 1, 2024. You may do so through this website or by emailing the bride or groom at haynos2024@gmail.com. If you don't RSVP by this date please bring a chair and a sandwich :)
What airport do I fly into?
The best airport to fly into is Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). This airport is 35 minutes from Oswego. A secondary option is the Frederick Douglass - Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) which is located 1hr 20 min from Oswego.

Have you reserved blocks of hotel rooms? Are they discounted?
Yes, we have blocks of hotel rooms reserved at Best Western Plus Oswego Hotel & Conference Center and the Clarion Hotel and Suites. These rooms come at a discounted price to all of our guests until September 6th. Please see "places to stay" for more information.
Am I Allowed to bring a plus one?
Your invitation will indicate if you may bring a plus one. If not indicated, but you wish to bring a significant other, please contact the bride and groom at haynos2024@gmail.com.
Are Children Allowed?
Children are more than welcome to attend the wedding ceremony but unfortunately due to limited space, the reception is adult only with the exception of immediate family. If you are in need of a baby sitter please contact the bride or groom at haynos2024@gmail.com - We would be happy to help accommodate your needs.
