The Madison Concourse Hotel
This hotel is in a fun part of Madison where you can walk around and see what Madison is all about. A number of rooms are held at this hotel for $174 plus 14.5% in taxes and $10 a night for parking if you're a hotel guest with a car. The rooms will be held until May 19, 2017. If you use Uber, you won't have to deal with parking.

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)
This airport is about 10 minutes from downtown Madison. If the flights are too expensive, consider flying into the Milwaukee airport about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Madison and then driving.

This hotel is also in the fun area of Madison where you can walk around and see what Madison is all about. Please use google to check for the lowest prices (as of January 21, a room for two was priced around $161 a night plus about 14.5% in taxes and overnight parking was $12 a night for hotel guests). If you use Uber, you won't have to deal with parking.
General Mitchell International Airport (MKE)
Note: This airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Madison. It is about 2 hours from Madison during rush hour. You would need to find a way to get to Madison (e.g. the badger bus or rental car).
