• These rooms will be held in a block with the group rate until the release date, which is 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• On the release date, any remaining rooms not individually reserved out of the block will be put back into general hotel inventory. Room availability and group rates cannot be guaranteed on or after the release date. Please make sure your guests make their reservation BEFORE the release date (8/23/21).
• Cancel Policy. Individual reservation cancel policy is 48 hours prior to arrival date.
• Check in time is 3pm. We will do our very best to accommodate an early check in request for an individual room but cannot guarantee this.
• Check out time is noon.
