Kristin has been a constant in my life since my freshman year of college in 2016.. well almost constant.. other than that one time freshman year when we decided to have a friend break up, but she still would’ve been there had I needed her. She has stood by my side through the highest of highs and lowest of lows. She has the most kind, generous, pure heart. A person that I could call on (and have) any time of any day or night, and she’ll be there. She’s proven that. We’ve made some really dumb choices, but hey.. at least we made them together. We’re better because of them now… okay maybe not better, but we have some really funny stories to tell. I am undeserving but so thankful to have her as a best friend and now my maid of honor.

I met Taylor the first night I moved to college. She kind of scared me at first. We became friends during sorority recruitment, got into the same sorority (xisters or whatever that was called), basically spent all hours of every day together, dropped out of the dumb sorority, and became inseparable. We figured out how to do adult(ish)life things… well Taylor did, then she told me. She also helped me with math and chemistry (by that I mean she did well enough on my homework to hopefully compensate for the failed exams). She’s taken care of me and could very well be the reason I’m even alive at all if we’re being honest. Taylor has been(and will forever be) more than a friend to me. Like a soulmate in friend form. I’m also still scared of her.

My forever friend. Friendship, better yet sisterhood, was all but forced upon us from the time we were just a couple of months old (I’m not complaining). Riley learned to walk by pushing me around in a baby walker (you’re welcome). We were babies, little girls, teenagers, and now women together. Riley is a wonderful mother and being a witness to it is my favorite phase so far (maybe because Blakely is a lot like her but like, way cooler). Riley is so easy to love. There’s no one else I would rather go through all phases of life with, and no one I’d rather have stand by my side on my wedding day.

Elizabeth is the perfect woman for my little brother. She loves him, and I love her for it. But I also love her because of who she is. She is funny, Godly, beautiful, and kind. She’s had my back when she didn’t have to, and she’d do it again. She’s the sister I have always wanted. We’ve had ups and downs, and she remains by my side. That’s how I know that she’s by my side for the long run. She’s the family that wasn’t forced to be family, she CHOSE to be. My family isn’t the most normal, but she chose to love us all anyway. “My brother’s wife,” my friend, sister, and now my bridesmaid. How blessed am I?!

Jesse and I have been best friends since we were seniors in high school. We have been brothers through some crazy things, and have always been there to support each other. Jesse has always been that friend that is an open book, and will always try relate to anything you are going through. He is also an incredible musician, and have had more than a few jam sessions. All in all, he was a natural choice to be my best man on this very special day.

Chase and I were high-school best friends, and have stayed close friends even after he moved to Georgia with his family to pursue their aviation careers. I got to watch Chase pursue his dreams as a pilot and also had the privilege to be a groomsman in his wedding.

I met Schrade back in January during Monster Jam, and in that short time we have made some pretty good memories. From hiking trips, family gatherings, even daring me to get into one of the coldest swimming holes in North Alabama (which I did!). I can tell Schrade has a big heart, and accepted me into the family pretty quickly. I'm so blessed to have him as a groomsman, and my future brother in law.

I met Matt early last year before he moved to Tennessee, and I would say we instantly became good friends. Matt has always been someone I can trust, and is always willing to lend a helping hand, and has helped me tremendously in my music goals this past year. I am blessed to call him a friend, and am glad to have him as a groomsman.
