No! Feel free to stay where you prefer, but if you choose to stay on property, there is discounted rates for those invited to the wedding. If you prefer to stay off property, there are plenty of hotel, vacation rental, and airbnb options nearby.

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate invited children who are part of our immediate families. Call the babysitter and enjoy the night with us!

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate invited guests that we know! If we are able to accommodate a plus one for you, the invitation will be addressed to you both. If your plus one can't make it, no worries! When RSVP'ing, just check yes for yourself and no for your guest.

Yes! There is a large parking lot right at the venue, but it can get busy depending on other events at the estate. We encourage carpooling if you can! At the gate, tell the guard you are attending the Klopfer Wedding and they will point you towards Lioncrest.

There are plenty of uber/lyfts available in the area, but there might be limited availability at night which could lead to longer waiting times. There is a local Asheville taxi company called AVL Ride that you can schedule rides with as well. More information on that under the "Travel" tab!

Duh! Go to the "Things to Do" tab at the top of the page and click on the website link under the section that says "Biltmore." Just pick your date and time. Based on our experience, a visit to Biltmore House and Grounds can take anywhere from two hours to all day depending on what you do!

Cocktail hour will include passed canapés and charcuterie. Dinner will be served as a dual protein surf and turf plated dinner with a salad to start. If you have any dietary restrictions, please list them in your RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate. We will consult those with allergies and restrictions to ensure the meal accommodates their needs! A full bar, water, and coffee will be available as well.
