How we met.
Benjamin and I first met at the most random time in a place we were both skeptical about finding love. My first impression of them was “ oh, this man is going to ruin my life” and “He’s so handsome I have to get to know him”.
First date.
Fast forward to our first date where we sat at the table in Olive Garden, and just talked and built a connection based off of comfort and conversation. At the end of the date, I felt so excited and happy like if I knew this man forever and knew that this was not going to end after the first date.
Pivotal memories.
One of the first memories I have where I thought to myself, I could picture marrying Benjamin, was when he began to take the time to care for me, be patient with me, and didn’t judge me when I was at my lowest. Of course, Benjamin has a different memory “as soon as I knew I was gonna marry her was after all the trials and all the growth. We have sustained our relationship over the years and it’s just so meaningful to me.”
Our proposal.
The proposal happened February 12th, 2023. When Benjamin proposed to me my eyes were flooded with tears, I was at a loss for words, I didn’t even want to look at the ring I just kept hiding my tears of joy in the clothes of his closet. All I wanted to do in the moment was hold him and show him all my love through the biggest hug ever.
The idea of spending forever together is nerve-racking, exciting, brings a sense of warmth and intimacy to our hearts. The coming life of marriage may be a challenge but that is one we both accept and can’t wait to conquer together.
We're both so grateful to you for your love and support. We can't wait to celebrate the wedding with you soon!
