The ceremony will begin at 4:00. We ask that you please arrive 30-45 minutes in advance to allow our ceremony to start on time. Plenty of parking will be available at the venue!

Following the ceremony, the bridal party will take a trolley cruise. During this time, guests are encouraged celebrate at our cocktail hour and enjoy snacks & drinks on us! Please no outside drinks. The wedding party will make a grand entrance around 6:00.

We ask that you please refrain from taking any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. Please silence or turn off your cellphone to avoid any disruptions and to help keep our ceremony intimate. We have hired an amazing team of professionals to capture our special day. We ask that you please wait to take photos until our cocktail hour and reception have begun!

We ask that only guests listed on your invitation attend our big day. Due to venue limitations, we are only able to accommodate those on your formal invitation. To see guests invited - select the "RSVP" tab on our website and search for your party. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with our closest family & friends.

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. If weather doesn't allow for an outdoor ceremony, we will move the ceremony indoors at Diamond Oak Events!

Yes, you can! Please search for your party under the "RSVP" tab and make any changes needed. You can also text Josilin or Ben to edit your RSVP for you.
