It was a beautiful Saturday when I decided to finally accept my friends' invitation to Labadi Beach for some fresh air. While I was waiting for them to arrive, I spotted someone riding a horse, and a funny thought crossed my mind, “If only that guy were my husband.” I brushed it off, thinking nothing more of it.

Moments later, to my surprise, the very same man I had just seen came up to me and asked if he could sit beside me. His warm smile and the energy he radiated instantly caught my attention. His name was Ben, and that simple question turned into a conversation that changed everything. Little did I know, my casual day at the beach was the beginning of something beautiful.

On a sunny Saturday afternoon, I was craving the serenity of the ocean, so I decided to head to Labadi Beach for a little escape. While I was there, I whispered a prayer, hoping to meet someone special that day. After taking a horse ride along the shore, I noticed a beautiful woman sitting by herself, and something told me I needed to meet her.

I approached her, introduced myself, and asked if I could join her for a few moments. We began talking, and she mentioned she was waiting for friends. Knowing I didn’t have much time, I asked for her number before she got too busy. And just like that, what seemed like a casual beach visit turned into the beginning of a lifetime together.
