WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please RSVP your attendance by the 3rd March 2025 so we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly.
DO I REALLY NEED TO RSVP?
Yes, please! If we do not receive your RSVP on or before March 3rd 2025, it will automatically be marked as “No”. We will miss celebrating with you but we need to provide our vendors with a final count within this time. Thank you for understanding.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
You will be missed if you can not make it to our wedding. Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP no so that we can plan accordingly.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. With it being a spring wedding, colours are encouraged and we ask that ladies avoid wearing white. Ladies, please be mindful of shoe choices as our ceremony may take place outdoors on the lawn weather permitting.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We are happy for you to bring your children and will include them when you RSVP. If you are bringing your children, please could you confirm their names and ages.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
No, there will not be an open bar, however, we have put a specific tab behind the bar ensuring you will have a fair amount of complimentary drinks. Please drink responsibly and carpool/Uber if needed.
ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME VENUE?
Yes, both will be held at Braxted Park
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there will be plenty of parking onsite for your cars. The venue have made us aware cars can be left and collected the next day by 11:00am.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting followed by the cocktail hour on to the dinner which will take place indoors ending with the reception. Both the indoors and outdoors will be accessible throughout for photos, breathers, mingling, etc.
ACCOMMODATION?
The venue have recommended a number of places to stay near by that they trust which is listed under the accommodation section.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We ask that our guests silence their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will take care of those and we will share these with you once we get them back. You are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos after the ceremony.
WILL THERE BE VEGAN/VEGE OPTIONS?
When you RSVP, please let us know of your dietary requirements so we can pass this onto the catering team.
DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?
We are fortunate enough to have everything we need for this next exciting chapter in our lives. We will be very thankful for any gift that we receive. Should you wish to gift us anything, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated! This can be done online under “ Honeymoon Fund” on our website. We will also have a card/gift box at the venue.
I HAVE BEEN INVITED TO THE CEREMONY, WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive by 1:30pm as this will give you enough time to find seats and get settled for the 2pm ceremony time.
