COVID19 RESTRICTIONSThe government has mandated that wedding venues require all guests attending to be fully vaccinated. We have numerous family and friends who are immunocompromised and we just want everyone to be safe. If you have received an exemption from The Ministry of Health (not your GP) we will still require you to provide a negative test result within a 24 hour window of the wedding day. Our Wedding

Our Story told from Bernie's perspective:I met Ben when I was 17 years old. Auckland is a very tiny place, so we discovered before we remember meeting, that we had been in the same place at the same time, but never properly introduced. I believe we met exactly when we were meant to, when the stars aligned. Ben was eventually introduced by a friend, and we got to chatting immediately. Ben wasted no time, and asked me to be his girlfriend when we were in first year uni, after talking (mostly on skype) for two months and hanging out (in person) for two weeks. There is lots to say about us, but most of my friends and family know the tale- I won't type for long (or it could ruin my vows) but I will tell you some fun memories: Ben told me after 5 months of dating, "I love you". At first I was too scared to say it, but then he told me "I could've said I loved you months ago, we were star watching in the spa and you looked so beautiful, but I wanted to save it for the right time." I couldn't resist, so replied the same. And we have said I love you almost every day since. Ben and I have been on a journey together, as we began as teens there was a lot of growing up and learning about ourselves needed. We managed to figure it out and end up still together. Ben has also been the best company for any adventures. We went to Italy together in 2016, and welcomed in the New Year of 2017 in Florence! We have been to Queenstown, Mahinepua, Putaruru Lakes, Tauranga/Omokaroa/ the Mount, Hamilton Gardens, Walked the Pinnacles and many more spots in NZ. We keep each other company and Ben never fails to make me laugh, even at the top of a steep staircase. We did the adult thing of getting a house, which was perfect stability for adopting 2x adorable Kittens/our children. And now we are getting married, the next step in our journey. Ben truly surprised me when he proposed! We had planned a winter trip to Mahinepua, I felt like I had been extremely busy for the previous few weeks and we hadn't spent much quality time together. I had no idea Ben was sweating about getting on one knee on the beach, I was so surprised and obviously said yes. Ben had hidden the ring from me for months, he had even picked it out with his brother barely a day after his wisdom teeth were removed. I didn't question why the chipmunk cheek man was going out for the day... maybe thats why Ben thought I knew hahaBut here we are today, I like tequila, he likes vodka, but opposites attract! &lt;3 Please enjoy the cheesy photo's below. There is limited parking which is reserved for those who are staying with us in the accommodation and our contractors. We request that you organise to be dropped off to avoid disappointment with parking availability. Enquire with us when you RSVP if you are interested in catching one of our organised shuttles- a cost may apply. Our wedding and ceremony will be adults only so that you can enjoy the day yourselves and celebrate with us. GuestsOur maximum capacity is 80 pax and we need your RSVP to confirm numbers as soon as possible. If you cannot attend for any reason, we will of course be extremely sad to not be able to have you there but please think of those who would like to take your place and let us know in advance. We require your RSVP no later than 01.04.2022 We will be providing canapes and a full buffet dinner for our guests. Unplugged!We ask that you are fully present for the ceremony and refrain from taking pictures, we have a photographer to capture our guests and us throughout the day. We welcome you to take photos after the ceremony. WeatherWe recommend if it is a sunny day you bring sunblock/hats or fans as there is no shade on the lawn during the ceremony. The ceremony will be held indoors should it be raining. GiftsWe have everything we need! If you insist on giving us a gift, some thoughtful words, marriage advice, date ideas or a contribution towards our wedding costs and honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
