Our Wedding

Danny&nbsp;and&nbsp;I&nbsp;met&nbsp;online&nbsp;in&nbsp;2015;&nbsp;which&nbsp;was&nbsp;the&nbsp;style&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;time.&nbsp; After&nbsp;messages,&nbsp;phone&nbsp;calls&nbsp;and&nbsp;one&nbsp;webcam&nbsp;date&nbsp;later,&nbsp;we&nbsp;met&nbsp;face&nbsp;to&nbsp;face&nbsp;in&nbsp;downtown&nbsp;Greenville.&nbsp;Danny&nbsp;was&nbsp;taken&nbsp;in&nbsp;by&nbsp;my&nbsp;sarcasm,&nbsp;wit&nbsp;and&nbsp;thoughtful&nbsp;affection.&nbsp;While&nbsp;I&nbsp;couldn't&nbsp;resist&nbsp;his&nbsp;goofy&nbsp;personality,&nbsp;intellectual&nbsp;mind&nbsp;and&nbsp;his&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;throw&nbsp;back&nbsp;what&nbsp;I&nbsp;threw&nbsp;at&nbsp;him&nbsp;without&nbsp;missing&nbsp;a&nbsp;beat.&nbsp; He&nbsp;knew&nbsp;right&nbsp;away&nbsp;that&nbsp;he&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;to&nbsp;see&nbsp;where&nbsp;this&nbsp;could&nbsp;go&nbsp;but&nbsp;I&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;other&nbsp;hand&nbsp;was&nbsp;hesitant. Shortly&nbsp;after&nbsp;our&nbsp;first&nbsp;meeting,&nbsp;Danny&nbsp;moved&nbsp;back&nbsp;to&nbsp;Greensboro.&nbsp;But&nbsp;despite&nbsp;the&nbsp;distance&nbsp;and&nbsp;my&nbsp;apprehension,&nbsp;he&nbsp;endeavored&nbsp;to&nbsp;prove&nbsp;his&nbsp;affection.&nbsp; He&nbsp;traveled&nbsp;many&nbsp;miles&nbsp;to&nbsp;Morehead&nbsp;City&nbsp;and&nbsp;back&nbsp;to&nbsp;reassure&nbsp;me&nbsp;of&nbsp;his&nbsp;heart&nbsp;and&nbsp;quiet&nbsp;my&nbsp;fears.&nbsp; His&nbsp;patience&nbsp;and&nbsp;consistently&nbsp;showed&nbsp;me&nbsp;I&nbsp;&nbsp;could&nbsp;no&nbsp;longer&nbsp;deny&nbsp;what&nbsp;he&nbsp;had&nbsp;known&nbsp;all&nbsp;along.&nbsp;&nbsp;We&nbsp;were&nbsp;smitten.&nbsp;We&nbsp;continued&nbsp;to&nbsp;see&nbsp;each&nbsp;other&nbsp;every&nbsp;chance&nbsp;we&nbsp;could.&nbsp;Accumulating&nbsp;over&nbsp;a&nbsp;thousand&nbsp;miles,&nbsp;to&nbsp;various&nbsp;cities&nbsp;across&nbsp;the&nbsp;state.&nbsp;After&nbsp;nearly&nbsp;a&nbsp;year&nbsp;we&nbsp;had&nbsp;enough&nbsp;of&nbsp;all&nbsp;the&nbsp;driving.&nbsp;So&nbsp;when&nbsp;I&nbsp;received&nbsp;a&nbsp;great&nbsp;job&nbsp;opportunity&nbsp;in&nbsp;Greensboro,&nbsp;I&nbsp;took&nbsp;it.&nbsp;Since&nbsp;then,&nbsp;we've&nbsp;had&nbsp;nearly&nbsp;eight&nbsp;great&nbsp;growing&nbsp;and&nbsp;changing&nbsp;years&nbsp;together.&nbsp; We&nbsp;are&nbsp;happy&nbsp;to&nbsp;celebrate&nbsp;with&nbsp;our&nbsp;loved&nbsp;ones,&nbsp;the&nbsp;simply&nbsp;wonderful&nbsp;and&nbsp;happy&nbsp;life&nbsp;we&nbsp;intend&nbsp;on&nbsp;continuing&nbsp;together.&nbsp;❤️
