Our Wedding

Clay and Beth Ann met in classic Lubbock fashion - at a show at Blue Light in November 2020. Beth Ann was attending with her best friend, who knew the long-haired guitar player for the opening band. After the opening set, Beth Ann, her friend, and Clay stepped outside to get some air, where the couple was initially introduced (thanks, Lainna!). Each half immediately felt an attraction, but ultimately the two did not talk for over two months, until Clay reached out on Instagram in January of 2021. Over the next several months, the two spent much of their free time together in between the demands of Beth Ann's OT doctorate program, and Clay's busy weekends on the road playing music. They officially became a couple in May of 2021, and built a close friendship and love over the next several years. The two became engaged in November 2025 on a weekend trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Clay popped the question in front of the San Miguel Mission, which is the oldest standing church structure in the USA.The two now reside outside of Fort Worth and love adventures with friends, enjoying good music, and spending time outdoors. They look forward to filling their future with as many adventures as the past five years have held!
